Born from a lifelong love of cooking and a deep respect for wholesome ingredients, our journey began in the kitchens of the Northeast—where childhood mornings were spent dreaming up dinner with Mom, and the spark for culinary creativity was first lit.
After graduating from business school and honing skills in professional kitchens, our founder set out to create something different: a place where flavor and integrity go hand in hand. That dream came to life in Montgomery, Texas, where we now craft organic Neapolitan-style pizza and fresh artisan pasta using only the finest ingredients—think organic Italian flour, grass-fed and finished cheese, and zero shortcuts.
