3. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper host preparation.

4. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Some experiences continue with covered spaces or indoors. If weather affects safety or the experience itself, we’ll cancel and offer a full refund or reschedule option.

5. Are experiences family-friendly?

Yes! Many are suitable for families. Check each listing for age recommendations and child-specific activities.

6. Can I request a private or custom experience?

Absolutely. We love creating private or custom tours. Just reach out and we’ll help design something personal and special.

7. What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
