We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make your experience as flexible and fair as possible while respecting our local hosts' time and preparation.
Cancellations by You (the Guest):
14+ days before the experience:
Full refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).13–8 days before the experience:
50% refund or option to reschedule once without a fee.Less than 72 hours or no-show:
No refund. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Changes or Cancellations by Us Farm-to-Table Tours or Host):
If we or the local provider must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues:
You’ll receive a full refund, or
The option to reschedule or receive credit.
Important Notes:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Group/private bookings may have custom cancellation terms.
Third-party experiences may follow separate cancellation policies disclosed at the time of booking
